Chasing dreams seems to be a term exclusively reserved for young people. In fact, many middle-aged people have also pursued their dreams, but due to life, family, or even economic issues, they were unable to realize their dreams of becoming singers. Now, as they have reached middle age and their lives have stabilized, it is time to catch up on their dreams of becoming singers. The program breaks the rule that only young people can participate, and the competition will accept entries from those aged 35 and above, allowing them to catch the last train to pursue their dreams. The competition will include individual qualifying rounds and group rounds. Successful participants will compete based on themes set by the organizing committee, including TV songs, songs by the Four Great Singers, dance-and-sing songs, songs about the passage of time, choral songs, songs selected by designated singers, and festive songs, among others. Outside of the competition, participants will share their past experiences of putting their dreams of becoming singers on hold in short interview clips, allowing the audience to understand their stories.
