"The No. 1 Fitness Tribe" is China's first 60-day body and mind transformation reality show, exclusively sponsored by Amway Nutrilite and jointly produced by Youku and Between Culture. It premiered on August 29 and airs exclusively on Youku every Thursday at 12:00 PM. Qian Feng, Shen Mengchen, and Yan Ruojing form "The No. 1 Fitness Tribe," moving into the "Fitness Tribe" with their respective dreams. Through interactions and self-discovery, they aim to achieve "shapely dreams" through physical changes, embarking on a 60-day fitness transformation journey. The show promotes a healthy lifestyle, and under the guidance of private trainers, health and fitness nutritionists, and flying fitness role models in the "Fitness Tribe," Qian Feng, Shen Mengchen, and Yan Ruojing will adhere to seven principles of the "Fitness Tribe" to transition from external discipline to self-discipline, reshaping both body and mind. Through personalized fitness and shaping plans (private coaching) + five trendy fitness experiences (group classes), as well as customized nutrition plans, the program offers a one-stop solution for reshaping a healthy lifestyle with the concept of "70% diet, 30% exercise."
