The American version of Love Island begins with a group of single "islanders" gathering in a beautiful villa in Fiji, preparing for a summer filled with love, friendship, and ultimately relationships. Every few days, the islanders must get married — those who can't find a partner to marry risk being abandoned on the island. The islanders are on the hunt for romance, but the path to love is not always smooth sailing. With new islanders arriving and friendships and relationships forming, challenges abound.
