MBC's Lunar New Year special program "Now Number 1?" is a new concept music program that rewrites the chart to alleviate the disappointment of "challenge singers" who failed to reach the top of the charts due to the "Number 1 singer". New generation singers become "the sound of now" and recreate the hit songs of "challenge singers" in a 2019 version to evoke resonance.
