My Boy is the first family-oriented observation and growth-encouraging program launched by Hunan Satellite TV. The program follows and records the real-life status of celebrities throughout the day. Each episode invites the mothers of the celebrities (or other relatives) to observe the celebrities' solitary living in the studio and understand another side of their lives. As the first observation program about family relationships in China, My Boy has its own unique theme and meaning. By observing and recording the daily lives of celebrities, the program aims to showcase their authentic solitary living status through the lens of the program.
