Xue Dingjia (played by Chen Hao) and Jiao Yao (played by Wu Dingxin) have been married for many years, raising their daughter Xue Sisi (played by Yang Kaiming) together. Both husband and wife are busy with their careers, leaving them little time to attend to their family or their marital relationship. As time passes, the entire family is facing a major crisis.
