Following the highly anticipated series "Keizoku" and "SPEC," the latest installment of the series, "SICK'S Sono Shō: Cabinet Information Investigation Office Special Matters Exclusive Section Case Files," will be streamed on the new video-on-demand platform "Paravi" starting next spring. "Paravi," which will launch its service in April 2018, is a new streaming platform created by a collaboration between Tokyo Broadcasting System Holdings, Nihon Keizai Shimbun, TV Tokyo Holdings, WOWOW, Dentsu, and Hakuhodo DY Media Partners. The platform harnesses the combined media power of these six companies to deliver daily updates of entertainment and economic content. Its appeal lies in the ability to enjoy content anytime, anywhere, on any device such as smartphones or tablets, and it is also viewable on television. 4K content is also planned for streaming. Currently, the cumulative sales on TBS On Demand rank "SPEC" and "Keizoku" at the top. "SPEC" has been expanded into a series of dramas, special programs, and movies, and its cumulative playback count on TBS On Demand has been ranked number one for five consecutive years from 2012 to 2016. As of 2017, it continues to hold the top spot (total playback count for "SPEC," "SPEC ~Zero~," "SPEC ~Shō~," "SPEC ~Ketsu~ Sen No Hen," "SPEC ~Ketsu~ Gyou No Hen," and "SPEC ~Ten~"). Amid this success, TBS has produced the new series "SICK'S Sono Shō: Cabinet Information Investigation Office Special Matters Exclusive Section Case Files" as an original drama for streaming, serving as the concluding chapter of the "SPEC Saga." The series will debut on Paravi simultaneously with its launch, introducing a new storyline through the medium of video streaming. The unique world of the series will be brought to life by the visionary director Keiichi Tobe. In addition to the world-building of the work, the series features abundant comedic elements that are unique to video streaming, which cannot be fully expressed in traditional television dramas. The setting of the story shifts from the Special Investigation Unit for Unidentified Incidents, also known as "Mishou," within the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's Criminal Investigation Division in *SPEC*, to the Cabinet Information Investigation Office, specifically the Special Task Force for SPECHOLDER Countermeasures, also known as "Tokumu." The head of the unit, Kojiro Nonomiya (played by Ryutaro), is the younger brother of Koutarou Nonomiya, who appeared in *Keizoku* and *SPEC* and died in the line of duty. In the *SPEC* series, the character Eleven (Ni-no-mae Jūichi) played a pivotal role in the story. This time, the character Eleven (Ni-no-mae Itto), who shares the same SPEC ability to manipulate time as Jūichi, will make an appearance. While the relationship between Itto and Jūichi remains shrouded in mystery, they both possess the ability to control time. The mystery surrounding the origin of Itto's Jyōmada Daruma is at the heart of the story. The role of Eleven is played by Kuroshima Yurina, a rising star in the industry known for her performances in *Hana Kairo* and *Sakura Reset*. Her poised presence perfectly fits the series, as expressed by producer Hiroki Ueda, leading to her casting. How she will portray the mysterious Eleven in this enigmatic world is highly anticipated. Alongside Kuroshima and Ryutaro, the cast includes Yūa Shinagawa, Mariko Kobayashi, Kazuyoshi Kato, Hiroji Yano, Wataru Takasugi, Mayumi Wakamura, Yoshitaka Okada, Dai Ikeda, Hoaka Matsumoto, Misato Udagawa (TBS News Anchor), Hidekazu Shinjima, Shiro Sano, Shō Aikawa, and Masanobu Shitaya (guest appearance). The main cast pairings, following those of *Keizoku* (Shibata & Jin) and *SPEC* (Tōma & Sebun), will be announced soon.
