The ancient costume sweet love drama *Two Lifetimes of Bliss* is adapted from the novel of the same name by *Ji Yue Jiao Jiao*. It tells the story of a pair of childhood sweethearts who, due to their hatred, cannot be together. They each assume a new identity and work together to solve major cases and maintain peace in their region. The eldest daughter of a military family is kidnapped and, upon waking, loses her memory and undergoes a significant change in personality. To escape her arranged marriage, she leaves home, takes the name "A Yuan," and disguises herself as a male to become a junior constable in Qin He County. Meanwhile, the nobleman Jing Ci is secretly attacked while escorting his beloved to marry into another family. After narrowly surviving, he also arrives in Qin He County as a county magistrate and becomes A Yuan's colleague, secretly guarding her. A Yuan is dedicated to punishing evildoers and ensuring the safety of the local people. However, as the saying goes, "When a tree wants to be still, the wind won't stop." A series of murders occur in the small county, and Jing Ci and A Yuan unravel the clues, getting closer to the truth, but face numerous obstacles that make it difficult to continue. Soon, A Yuan discovers that she is not the true eldest daughter of the Yuan family, and Jing Ci is not just a small county magistrate. As their mysterious backgrounds are gradually revealed, their relationship is put to a severe test. When A Yuan breaks up with Jing Ci and marries someone else, another murder case in the capital implicates her, leading to her imprisonment. To save A Yuan, Jing Ci, despite his frail health, clears away the fog of mystery and uncovers the mastermind behind the scenes, taking A Yuan away from the turmoil.
