At this year's Emmy Awards, Julianna Margulies' "Best Drama Actress Award" was snatched away by the unexpected Kyra Sedgwick, which was truly unforeseen. However, Julianna Margulies claims that she does not place much importance on honors. At the end of the previous season, Peter made a high-profile return to politics, while Alicia received a "proposal" call from Will at the last moment. Meanwhile, the fate of the new company is a cause for concern - after merging with another company, Will and Alicia's future may be greatly impacted. The stingy CBS only used one sentence to describe the first episode of the new season: the love between Will and the marriage with Peter put Alicia in a difficult position, and Alicia must make a decision.
