This drama is adapted from a Korean comic and tells the story of Yuka, who lost her father at a young age. Her mother's care nurtured her self-sacrificing spirit, leading her to dream of building a happy family. She marries Mitsuhide Nakamura, a family-oriented man, and voluntarily donates her liver to her mother-in-law. However, she discovers that the marriage was arranged for organ transplantation. During her pregnancy, she is forced to divorce and raises her child alone. Five years later, when her liver is taken, she accidentally reunites with Mitsuhide. Filled with resentment towards him and his family for insulting her mother and son, she decides to seek revenge on the Nakamura family.
