Sana Narikawa (played by Mei Kaji) is the CEO of "dreampony," a 23-year-old education app start-up. Although somewhat reckless, she is determined to work tirelessly to make the company a unicorn within ten years and enable everyone around the world to benefit from her venture. Despite rapid growth in the early days, the company has stagnated without introducing new services, and by the third year, both sales and technology have hit a wall, leaving her anxious every day. In her personal life, she prioritizes work above all else, showing little interest in relationships. Her co-founder, Tsuguru Sasaki (played by Haruto Sugino), secretly admires her, but she remains completely unaware of his feelings... One day, an office worker in his 40s, Tomoshi Tsubame (played by Hideaki Nishijima), who is completely out of place in the start-up environment, jumps ship and joins her team. With the arrival of Tsubame, who is a generation older, Sana's surroundings undergo a significant transformation. At first, Sana dislikes Tsubame, but she gradually receives valuable advice and guidance on lifestyle from his rich experience, leading to a growing closeness between them. On the other hand, Sana's steadfast business partner, Tsuguru, is unable to suppress his long-hidden feelings for Sana, threatening the balance of the team and bringing the risk of collapse. Suddenly caught up in a love triangle involving work and romance, Sana and her team begin to navigate the struggles of adult life.
