Uta Ohkawa, a failed exam candidate, comes to Tokyo to retake the exam in order to follow his beloved girlfriend and enter the same university as her, Rokudai University. He finds a shared apartment called "Nutopia" in an information magazine. Thus, Uta inadvertently begins his "cohabitation life" with five beautiful women. These five roommates are all attractive and sexy, and the innocent and simple Uta initially finds it hard to adjust. Not only that, but he is often subjected to flirtatious attacks and pranks by the women. He is even falsely accused by a nearby widow of stealing lingerie.
