After the actions of "Mr. Newspaper" Goichi Onda and his companions caused significant upheaval in society, numerous copycats emerged, seemingly determined to transcend the law and punish societal injustices. One day, aForecasting criminal wearing a judge's robe appears online, named Eisuke Sakuma (played by Kiichi Toshiyuki). Shockingly, his true identity is revealed to be the presiding judge of the Western Tokyo Court. Additionally, he has two accomplices: Yuuzou Taniwa (played by Satoshi Hashimoto) and Keiko Oki (played by Makiko Ichikawa). They bring suspects to a virtual courtroom, live-streaming the trial process and inviting the public to vote on whether the accused is guilty or not. Some innocent individuals are exonerated, while others who have evaded justice are punished through non-legal means... This film is a collaborative work based on the manga original by Tetsuya Tsutsui (in three volumes), set one year after the events of the film adaptation.
