The new film *The Good Boss* (Temporary Translation), written and directed by Fernando León de Aranoa ([A Beautiful Day]) and starring Javier Bardem, began filming last month in Spain. This black comedy satirically depicts Bardem's character, a hypocritical factory owner, who goes to extreme lengths to pressure and manipulate his employees in order to boost production within a week and win the local Business Excellence Award. The cast also includes Manolo Solo ([Late Justice]) and Daniel Chamorro (*The Interrogation Room: Spain*), and the film is expected to be completed in the spring of next year. MK2 is handling the film's distribution, and its European rights have already been sold.
