A busy hospital receives a seemingly unremarkable patient named Woo-hyun (played by Oh Seung-hwan), who is severely injured. The attending doctor, Tae-jun (played by Lee Jin-wook), discovers that the patient has been shot and orders the nurse to report the incident. Despite this, Tae-jun rushes home to spend time with his pregnant wife, Hee-joo, ignoring a peculiar event that occurs afterward. The next morning, just after waking up, Tae-jun is attacked by a mysterious person and knocked unconscious. When he regains consciousness, he finds that Hee-joo is missing, and a phone call comes through, demanding that he take Woo-hyun out of the hospital or else Hee-joo's safety cannot be guaranteed. Panicked, Tae-jun rushes back to the hospital, only to encounter Special Investigator Young-ju (played by Kim Sung-ryung). He tries to take Woo-hyun away, but Woo-hyun wakes up and escapes his control. Woo-hyun is wrongfully implicated and must quickly uncover the truth. Will Tae-jun succeed in rescuing his wife? This film is adapted from the French movie "The Hit."
