However, after reuniting with her ex-boyfriend, she feels a spark of attraction, yet struggles not to lose the hard-earned freedom she has. Throughout the film, their numerous intimate scenes repeatedly end in failed climaxes. The film aims to create a high-quality erotic drama based on the protagonist's real-life experiences, offering a different perspective from typical fantasy-driven erotic films. Highlight: Can blind people watch an adult film? Danish director Lars von Trier's erotic film aims to provide a sensory experience for the visually impaired through the use of puppets, sound effects, and other aids, allowing them to enjoy the film's excitement through touch and hearing, just like anyone else. The movie already includes subtitles and sign language for the hearing impaired. Now, the production company wants to make the film accessible to the blind as well. Producer Babak Novak says there are various ways to create sound experiences, but they could also produce a 3D version or provide puppets that align with the storyline to assist visually impaired viewers. They might even offer a scent experience, using specially designed scented cards to allow the blind to "smell" the film's scenes. Novak says this could provide a profound experience for the visually impaired.
