In the outskirts of Seoul, a young man named Yu Young-won (played by Han Shi-gu) runs a small photography studio inherited from his father. He often wears a smile and faces life with a calm demeanor, with various photos hanging in the studio. Traffic officer Jin De-rin (played by Shin Hyang-rae) visits the studio every day to develop photos due to her work, and through this, she meets the honest Young-won. Sometimes, she complains that the studio opens too late, appearing so innocent and adorable. They walk together under an umbrella, sharing trivial matters, and over time, they develop feelings for each other. Both Young-won and De-rin realize that they have fallen deeply in love. However, Young-won has a secret he cannot confess to De-rin. The seasons change, and August passes. Unable to see Young-won, De-rin writes him a letter and slips it under the door of the studio. In the snowy winter, De-rin finds her own photo in the cabinet of the closed studio...
