"Big Turnaround in the Workplace" is adapted from Li Hui Lin's novel of the same name. Directed by Jung Ki-hyun, who previously directed "Band-Aid," he personally rewrote the script and helmed the film. It stars a lineup of talented actors, including Jung Jae-young, rising star Park Bo-young, veteran actors Oh Dal-su, Bae Sung-woo, and Yoo Deok-hwan. The film tells the story of a young sports journalist in the entertainment department who grows through her struggles while working alone at the scene. In the film, Park Bo-young plays the new intern journalist "Du Rixi," who gradually matures as she gets caught up in the whirlwind of reporting entertainment news. Jung Jae-young plays Park Bo-young's superior, "River Jae-kwan," who is known as the "time bomb" of the entertainment department, as he can "explode" at any moment. The collaboration between the two has fans eagerly anticipating their chemistry on screen. Du Rixi, portrayed by Park Bo-young, represents a fresh graduate who is trying her best to survive in a workplace as challenging as a battlefield, but she often gets into trouble due to her lack of experience. She dreams of becoming a successful career woman, passionately declaring that enthusiasm is all you need. However, the reality is that she botches every task in her hands. Du Rixi begins her work as an intern reporter, believing that entering the company would lead to a smooth life. However, she encounters a superior (played by Jung Jae-young) who is like a "time bomb." On her first day, she is sent out for field reporting, and with no knowledge of how to proceed, she stumbles through the process on her own. Unexpected difficulties make her consider quitting.
