Ye Xinrong (played by Gillian Chung) is dumped by her boyfriend of seven years, suddenly transforming from a bride-to-be into a leftover woman with little hope of marriage. By chance, she meets Gu Xuren, the driver of her boss (played by Cheng Chung-ki). She doesn't know that Gu Xuren is actually the genuine Hong Kong boss, who has to switch identities with his driver Guan Ren (played by Du Wenzhe) because of too many enemies. Stripped of his rich playboy aura, Gu Xuren, who has never found true love, finds a connection with Xinrong. Due to the identity switch, Guan Ren meets Xinrong's best friend Nikki (played by Xie Na), and falls in love at first sight. However, Nikki is concerned about workplace sexual harassment and is constantly on guard, leading to many humorous situations. Meanwhile, Gu Xuren and Xinrong gradually fall in love while helping Guan Ren pursue Nikki. Gu Xuren promotes Xinrong to a high-level position in Hong Kong as a special favor. Xinrong experiences a dreamlike journey, with private jets, luxury cars, branded watches, designer clothing and jewelry, and high-society socializing... All of this feels surreal to her. When Gu Xuren finally gathers the courage to reveal his true identity and declare his deep love to Xinrong, she feels that every word is a lie and rejects him. However, the reformed Gu Xuren is no longer willing to let go. Even though Xinrong is no longer by his side, he still adheres to the love agreement between them...
