The story takes place in a small grocery store called "Aunt Mian's Shop." The shop is located next to an elementary school, and every afternoon after school, countless students flood into the store. For them, it feels like a mysterious cave filled with countless treasures, and the shop's owner, Aunt Mian (played by Lin Meixiu), is like a magician who always brings them surprises. Midori (played by Chen Muyi) is the town's old postman. He works hard, with one goal in mind: to save enough money to take Aunt Mian on a trip. One day, a priest named Jimmy (played by Ji Yawen) arrives in town. To everyone's surprise, Jimmy's arrival causes Aunt Mian to close the shop and go off to learn English with him. It's worth noting that in the past, Aunt Mian's Shop was an ever-open store that never took a break, not even during holidays.
