Ordinary girl Erika Shinohara (played by Fukami Kojima) often chats with her fashionable friends about boyfriends after entering high school. Although she boasts, Erika has never had a boyfriend. To cover up her lies, she asks her friend Ayumi Mitada (played by Mugi Shida) for help. To dispel her friends' doubts, Erika secretly takes a photo of a handsome man on the street and lies that he is her boyfriend. Unexpectedly, this handsome man turns out to be the number one heartthrob at her school, Kyoya Sota (played by Kenichi Matsuyama)! To continue her lie, she has no choice but to beg Kyoya to pretend to be her boyfriend. Luckily, Kyoya agrees immediately, but it turns out that the seemingly gentle and sunny boy is actually a mischievous and manipulative young man. He suggests that Erika become his "loyal dog" as payment for pretending to be her boyfriend. This film is adapted from the manga of the same name serialized by Yasuko Hatta in "Betsu-kan Margaret" from 2011 to 2016.
