As Zhou Wangwen's execution time approached, another person scheduled for execution was Yang Qingquan, a soldier of the 74th Division. To save them, Yang Yiming revealed his identity and collaborated with Chang Yu, raiding the execution site and killing many Japanese soldiers. The two developed a deep friendship in their fight against the Japanese. Subsequently, our side established a base in the "Yeren Cave" of Culai Mountain.
