The story takes place in a not-so-distant future following a global war. An extreme lie-detection device called "Guidance" is invented, intended to enlighten and transform humanity, which is skilled at deception and harming one another. The inventor selects a couple as the first test subjects. In an isolated suburban area, they curiously install and explore the device, instinctively engaging in step-by-step probing and even interrogating each other. Everyone has secrets they cannot reveal, and this lie-detection device "Guidance" puts their love in a very dangerous situation. Should they be honest with their partner or continue to lie to maintain the relationship?
