Talkative Belle (played by Queen Latifah) is a typical Black woman with a stable boyfriend, Jesse (played by Henry Simmons). Tired of her job as a food delivery driver and with her impressive driving skills, Belle decides to switch careers and become a taxi driver. Soon after, she gains fame for driving at speeds exceeding 135 miles per hour. Officer Washburn (played by Jimmy Fallon), who is clumsy and unlucky, has been in disfavor with his superior, Matar (played by Jennifer Esposito), ever since botching a drug case. To redeem himself, he is determined to achieve a major success. In New York City, a beautiful bank robber (played by Gisele Bündchen) is on a crime spree, and the police are unable to keep up with her speed. By chance, Washburn witnesses Belle's exceptional driving skills and decides to enlist her help in apprehending the bank robber.
