Video information
After shooting and killing detective Katagiri, Daitsu (played by Takeshi Kitano) flees to Jeju Island under the protection of Zhang, the Korean representative (played by Tokio Kanda). This extreme yakuza figure, far removed from the Japanese underworld, gets into a conflict with the younger generation of Hanabishi-gumi, led by Hanada (played by PierreTakigawa). At the time, Hanabishi-gumi is run by Nomura (played by Renn Saito), the son-in-law of the former leader, while the elder Yano (played by Toshiyuki Nishida), who serves as the second-in-command, does not respect this inexperienced boss at all. As a result, Nomura, harboring resentment, plots to eliminate Yano using the "Jeju Island incident" as an excuse and frame Zhang, but the situation quickly escalates into a large-scale war of mutual assassination against each other's leaders. During the war, the declining Yamagata-gumi plans to make a comeback, while Daitsu, seeking revenge for his underlings, arrives in Tokyo with Ishikawa (played by Nanpei Osamu) and others. With a heart of righteousness, Daitsu will bring a bloody storm to this black-hearted underworld arena driven by greed... This film is the final chapter of Takeshi Kitano's "Extreme Evil" trilogy.
