In 2022, Thai Prime Minister Dapong issued a disaster warning law and established the Asia-Pacific Warning Center, appointing Dr. Siam, one of his trusted confidants, as the director. Additionally, the warning center had three young staff members who were passionate about nature. While they competed with each other in their daily work, they were affectionate and supportive of one another in their personal lives, like a family. Dr. Siam predicted an impending major earthquake and issued an emergency evacuation order. However, his calculations were incorrect, and the earthquake did not occur, leading to public dissatisfaction with the prime minister and his political opponents seizing the opportunity to apply pressure. Dr. Siam felt guilty for letting down the prime minister who had placed his complete trust in him. Soon after, Dr. Siam again detected signs of a major earthquake but was unable to accurately predict the timing. Realizing the gravity of his responsibility, he immediately reported it to the prime minister. However, the prime minister was concerned about another false alarm and hesitated about whether to issue an emergency evacuation order. Eventually, the disaster struck, with the earthquake triggering a massive tsunami. Waves over 200 meters high surged into Bangkok, destroying the subway system, and the city was blanketed in ash. How will the prime minister and Dr. Siam respond to this disaster?
