In a luxurious hotel, Tom (Johnny Pacar), Jack (Shaun Sipos), and Ellie (Italia Ricci), among other young men and women, gather with great anticipation for their friends Dan (Bryan Dechart) and Skye (Alexa Vega)'s wedding. The wedding is perfect and romantic, but Tom, who is working as the wedding photographer, suddenly witnesses the accidental deaths of Skye's parents. When he runs out of the elevator, he finds the hotel in chaos, with many people dying for unknown reasons. Soon after, a series of natural disasters strike the town, turning the peaceful and tranquil town into a hellish place in an instant. Skye firmly believes that this is the end of the world as described in the Bible, and the succession of strange events gradually convinces the survivors of this belief. In the final judgment, who can escape?
