The Prince of the Corner is Taiwan's first "pet healing movie." The most important character in the film, the cat protagonist "Prince," is actually portrayed by seven kittens in rotation. Xiao Jing (played by Guo Biting), a single-parent child and art student, is an ultra-popular illustrator who draws cat stories one stroke at a time on the internet. However, in real life, ever since her mother's passing, she has lived within her own closed-off world. A-Jun (played by Yang Youning) is a guitarist in a rock band, appearing sunny but with an inexplicable melancholy in his music. Until one day, when Xiao Jing encounters a kitten named "Prince" and also meets this familiar-looking rock musician, their destinies begin to change. This little yellow kitten from the corner weaves together their love story and uncovers a mystery that has remained unsolved for over a decade. The two gradually discover that their fates have had a strange connection for over a decade...
