The story takes place on Christmas Eve, when everyone, amidst the festive Christmas atmosphere, temporarily puts down their work to enjoy the joy of being reunited with their families. George (played by Michel Blanc) seems to be the only emergency doctor in the city still working. He receives an urgent call for help and hurries to the patient's home. Little does he know that on the way, a clumsy delivery person named Malik (played by Hakim Jemili) accidentally collides with him on his bicycle. Although George isn't seriously injured, the collision triggers his old ailment—sciatica. With no choice, Malik takes over George's role as a temporary doctor and rushes to the patient's house, while George stays behind and guides him through the treatment over the phone. Will this remote-controlled treatment proceed smoothly?
