Tells the story of Los Angeles girl Erica, who enjoys creating dramatic scenes, playing the role of a volunteer police officer to tease corrupt police officers, stealing, robbing, vandalizing, and fighting, while also evading those who come to settle scores. Her stepbrother Luke is mentally unstable, and their relationship is also very bizarre.
