Sergeant Gian Yu (played by Ko Kyung-pyo), who is about to be discharged from the military, accidentally finds a winning lottery ticket floating towards him near the tense military border between North and South Korea. However, in a moment of carelessness, the ticket is blown away by the wind and lands in North Korea, a place he cannot enter. To claim the 57 billion won prize and fulfill his dream of discharge, Gian Yu uses every means to retrieve the ticket, only to discover that it has been picked up by a North Korean soldier, Yong Ho (played by Lee Yi-geun). Gian Yu, who narrowly missed the ticket, and Yong Ho, who in North Korea is just a piece of paper but must travel to South Korea to exchange the ticket for the prize, are joined by unexpected members. Both sides, determined to secure the 57 billion won prize, decide to "cross the line" and embark on a thrilling and dangerous secret negotiation...
