One day, a regular customer from the Citizen Center orders food, but due to another order from the Citizen Center, the shop is unable to send someone. The manager asks Takeshi to deliver the food on the motorcycle. From then on, Takeshi becomes an instant delivery courier, zipping around the city on his Super Cub. He quickly becomes a local celebrity, as his delivery speed surpasses even that of the nearby pizza delivery riders. Reika, who works at the 17th Precinct, discovers a series of motorcycle theft cases in her jurisdiction. She investigates alone and finds a connection to Shintaro.
