This is a world where the outcomes of battles are decided by football. In the bustling Zebu City stadium, an exciting match is underway. Goro Hagane (played by Keita Sano), leading Team. Kamen, and Kujirin Kake (played by Yutaka Kobayashi), leading Team. Barong, are fiercely competing for the prestigious "All Riders Cup." Both teams are pulling out all the stops, showcasing their skills. Strangely, the supposedly deceased Yuuya Kado (played by Daichi Sakimoto) appears in Team. Kamen's lineup. Meanwhile, Team. Charmant's Homa Ren (played by Metal Yoshida), Shinoichi (played by Ryo Matsuda), and Hatsuse Ryūji (played by Atsushi Shirai), as well as Team. Genesis's Kei Tora (played by Yurika Kubota), SID (played by Kazumi Hoshikawa), and Akako (played by Mai Tsuchiya), are all watching the match from the sidelines. All these teams share the same goal: the coveted "Golden Fruit," symbolizing supreme glory. The match continues, but Goro feels something is amiss. Why has Zebu City, which was once plagued by the Heim Plant, suddenly become peaceful? Why are Yuuya, Hatsuse, and SID still alive? And who is the true identity of the young man, Nabi (played by Takeru Tanaka), who keeps appearing before Goro? As the All Riders Cup heats up, a more sinister and evil plot is revealed, putting the Kamen Riders in an unprecedented existential crisis!
