Level E adventurer Lud. His only skill, Immunity to Abnormal Status, is almost useless except for gathering herbs in a toxic labyrinth, making him a barely useful existence. His combat abilities are nearly zero, earning him the nickname "Toxic Fisherman" from his fellow adventurers, and even being mocked as a "glutton." To break free from this situation, Lud decides to challenge a new labyrinth but is betrayed by his comrades and finds himself in danger. On the brink of death with his supplies exhausted, he resolutely decides to consume the forbidden blood and flesh of monsters. Thus begins the adventure legend of Lud, the Monster Eater, as he continuously devours monsters to gain new skills.
