The story takes place at the renowned Rengai Academy, a breeding ground for the next generation of music industry stars. Among all the disciplines, the "Music Department" sits at the pinnacle of the academic hierarchy, and the "Hua Ying Society," composed of the top third-year students, is a revered and unattainable institution for the students. It is said that anyone chosen by the leader of the Hua Ying Society, Feng Shu (voiced by Suo Wabishunichi), will receive his "special guidance" and be sent on an immeasurable journey. The newcomers include the fresh arrival Seiya Hoshitani (voiced by Hanae Katsura), the easily shy and nervous Tora Nasu (voiced by Kagenori Ono), the talented but impulsive Kaite Tsukiou (voiced by Arthur Lonsberry), the quiet and often misunderstood Shou Tenjinji (voiced by Masamune Hosoya), and the kind-hearted and warm-hearted Chuu Koori (voiced by Tomosaki Maeno). Although they possess limitless potential, they have become outcasts due to their individual shortcomings. The arrival of Feng Shu changes their destinies.
