About 100 years ago. In search of the "Abit" life energy that had become depleted on their home planet, mechanical lifeforms from another dimension visited Earth. To traverse dimensions, they contracted their form to resemble an arm and landed on Earth, which was rich in "Abit." They survived on Earth by parasitizing other organisms and secretly made contact with a portion of humanity, beginning their search for "Abit." People referred to their appearance as "Mechanical Arms." Time has now reached the present day. A cube containing a "Mechanical Arm" was lost from the research facility of the large corporation, "Mirror Group." An ordinary middle school student named Hikari accidentally discovered the cube and unlocked its seal. What emerged was Alma, a "Mechanical Arm" that had been dormant for 100 years. Alma intends to parasitize Hikari... and thus, their unexpected and peculiar coexistence begins.
