In search of his grandfather Joseph's illegitimate son, Kujo Jotaro (voiced by Daisuke Ono) arrives in DIO Town. The high school freshman named Oriental Zankuro (voiced by Tomoki Ogawa) is the person Jotaro is looking for. To Jotaro's surprise, Zankuro possesses the same "Stand" ability as himself. Short in stature but with a strong will, Hirose Kouichi (voiced by Yuuki Kaji); single-minded but loyal to his friends, Hinokura Ichi (voiced by Wataru Kaji); arrogant and obsessive, the popular manga artist Kishibe Rohan (voiced by Takahiro Sakurai); these are the interesting and powerful friends and teammates surrounding Zankuro. At the same time, more and more Stand users are emerging. When the claws of evil reach out to DIO Town, Zankuro is willing to risk his life to protect the land he loves.
