The legendary swordsman Gai Nie (voiced by Liu Qin), along with the son of his late friend, Jing Tianming (voiced by Feng Junhua), are on the run, fleeing from the relentless pursuit of the King of Qin. After Gai Nie single-handedly defeated three hundred cavalrymen sent by the King, Jing Tianming witnessed the true chivalry and righteousness in Gai Nie's actions. This incident reached the palace, and the King of Qin was enraged, ordering Chancellor Li Si (voiced by You Jun) to eliminate them without mercy. Li Si then sought out Wei Zhuang (voiced by Wu Lei), a former master and defeated rival of Gai Nie, hoping to use him to accomplish his mission. Wei Zhuang sent his four top disciples, the Four Heavenly Kings, to relentlessly attack Gai Nie. Meanwhile, Gai Nie and Jing Tianming received significant help from Shao Yu (voiced by Shen Dawei), Gao Yue (voiced by Huang Yiqing), and the members of the Mohist School, narrowly escaping death time and time again. Eventually, Wei Zhuang cornered Gai Nie and his companions into a desperate situation, all for the chance to have one final duel with him.
