In the bustling metropolis, lives the ordinary office worker, Kagoi Murasaki (voiced by Mizuki Yamatori). At the age of 26, she is warm and amiable at work, responsible and dedicated, though occasionally she has to take the blame for her colleagues without being able to argue back. The nine-to-five job is monotonous and demanding, but she has her happy moments after work. Typically, the single Kagoi doesn't rush home after leaving the office. Instead, she deliberately takes a detour through the small streets lined with restaurants, sometimes entering her favorite place to savor her favorite dishes, and other times exploring new dishes on a whim. After satisfying her appetite, she lets out a content "pfftt" sound. One can't help but want to sit beside her and share a drink with this girl who enjoys life... This film is adapted from the original manga by Chi-e Newk.
