One day, the family of Shin-chan (voiced by Masako Hata) goes to an abandoned movie theater to search for Fuuka (voiced by Mouri Shinichi), only to be sucked into the screen and transported to a Western town called "Justice City." The town is ruled by a man named Justice (voiced by Seishi Koyama), whose iron-fisted policies make the residents' lives very oppressive and difficult. In a bar, Shin-chan finds Fuuka, who has become the town's sheriff. Later, Shin-chan meets a girl named Kotori (voiced by Ayaka Saito), who not only repeatedly helps Shin-chan and his companions but also finds them a place to stay. Kotori hopes to overthrow Justice's rule one day, and Shin-chan decides to help her. Shin-chan's father, Hiroshi (voiced by Keiji Fujiwara), discovers that to escape from the movie, they must follow the script and finish the movie. A thrilling adventure begins.
