"This hatred will lead you to hell!" Among teenagers, there is a legend about a website called "Hell Communication." It can only be accessed successfully at exactly midnight. If you harbor enough hatred in your heart, you can summon a Hell Girl, who will punish the person who caused you pain. However, you will also bear the mark of death forever. When your life ends, you will be exiled to the hell where your enemy resides. Yama-Oba (voiced by Matsuko Aoi) appears to be an ordinary girl on the surface, but her other identity is the terrifying Hell Girl. When she receives a commission from the website, she will bathe, change clothes, and take with her a straw doll representing the contract, along with three attendants: Rinne (voiced by Tadashi Sugino), Koneko (voiced by Takako Honda), and Ichimaru (voiced by Masaya Matsuda), to carry out her mission in the human world. Who is she? Does she bring salvation or destruction? The secrets hidden in this world filled with sin and indulgence are all captured by Yama-Oba's crimson eyes.
