"Pretty Rhythm," a new April anime co-produced by Japanese company Takaratomy and South Korean toy giant Sonokong, with director Shouwa Hishida, who previously directed "Yuyu Hakusho," at the helm, has finally unveiled its complete production staff and cast of voice actors on its official website. "Pretty Rhythm" is a work centered around an imaginary sport called Prism, which resembles figure skating but allows for various jumps and dance performances. Participants compete by combining skating, dance, fashionable clothing, and music in a new type of performance, requiring them to master both skating and dance techniques, as well as fashion sense and singing abilities. The main female characters are young women chasing their dreams through Prism. The standout feature of the show is the involvement of the popular voice actor-singer duo LISP, who will voice the three main characters: Aikou Haruka (voiced by Kanako Akimoto), Ryumi Tenjou (voiced by Sayuri Harano), and Miyone Takamine (voiced by Kazuki Katagiri). Additionally, the expanded list of voice actors includes familiar names like Shin'ichirou Ogawa and Kanae Itou, but most of the other cast members are relatively unknown or have only voiced minor characters, which may disappoint fans of voice actors.
