On July 1, 2020, Shuho, a second-year high school student, spent the worst 17th birthday of his life. Not only did he lose the opportunity to get closer to the older student he admired, but his parents completely forgot his birthday as well. To make matters worse, due to an outbreak of an unknown infectious disease, the club's competition and graduation trip were canceled, making Shuho feel that his youth was not shining at all! However, at this very moment, his childhood friend Teruki suddenly said he wanted to become a candidate for Shuho's boyfriend.
