In a parallel world, Japan's nationalization of railways is deeply ingrained. Shizuto Takayama (voiced by Jun Fukuyama), a student at Kiryuu Railway High School, dreams of becoming a train driver for the national railway system to lead a stable life. To achieve this, he joins the student railway OJT program for training, where he meets Sakura Sakurai (voiced by Mai Nakahara), a violent and extreme personality, and Seki Iwafuji (voiced by Sousuke Iwai), a simple-minded but physically strong individual. After finally passing the OJT test, Shizuto and his friends are assigned to the Fourth Caution Unit of the Tokyo Central Railway Police Department. It turns out that the national railway has been in long-term deficit, with many local lines abandoned. As a result, various organizations have demanded the privatization of railways using extreme methods, leading to the establishment of the railway police force. Shizuto and his friends become an indispensable part of the railway... This film is adapted from the light novel by Satoshi Toyota.
