April Fools' Day Seeker, a high school student with an extraordinary physical condition, can see and attract various ghosts. His friend, Hyakugami (voiced by Kazuya Nakai), is also a special abilities user with the power to exorcise demons. Guided by fate, April Fools' Day works part-time at a shop run by Ichiwa Yuzo (voiced by Sayaka Ohara), a place that can fulfill any wish, but the client must pay an equivalent price. Soon, April Fools' Day meets a young girl with psychic abilities, May 7th Koyuki. One night, Hyakugami's grandfather, Haru-san, enters April Fools' Day's dream and commissions him to find five items for him. As a result, April Fools' Day visits Hyakugami's house and, together with Hyakugami, searches for "bookworms" in the warehouse. During their search, they encounter various strange occurrences. Is all this reality or just a dream...? The former April Fools' Day was always alone, but he discovers that after going through all this, not only has he changed, but the people around him have also changed.
