In the highly advanced future city of Hetero Bilt, a group of people with special abilities live, known as "Next." In this decadent era of rampant materialism and crime, the Nexts use their exceptional abilities to act as justice warriors. However, in real life, they must also earn a living, so their flashy armor is adorned with sponsors' logos. All of this is fueled by a reality show called "HeroTVLive," where producers track and broadcast each hero's justice actions, ranking them based on their performance, and regularly selecting a "King of Hero." Wild Tiger, Dakumo T. Toguchi (voiced by Hiroaki Hirata), is a reckless warrior who doesn't hesitate to destroy public property while chasing criminals. Just as his popularity is waning, he is paired with the rising star Barnaby Brooks Jr. (voiced by Seika Satoh). Two justice warriors with completely different personalities will collide in a society heavily saturated with commercialism. What sparks will they ignite?
