Seventeen-year-old Shinko Kanbara (voiced by Mizuki Zeshi) has an extraordinary life experience. As a child, she inherited the hand of a monkey from her deceased mother, which can help people fulfill three wishes. It is said that by praying to the monkey's hand, one can even alter what seems to be an irreversible fate, but the person making the wish will also pay a tremendous price. With the help of her senior, Araragi Rikuo (voiced by Hiroshi Kamiya), the monkey's hand eventually attaches to Shinko's left hand, forcing her to wear a bandage daily to conceal everything extraordinary. This spring, Shinko becomes a third-year student. At this time, rumors about the "Devil Lord" are circulating both inside and outside the school. Sensing something unusual, Shinko begins an investigation, only to encounter her lifelong, unforgettable nemesis... This film is adapted from the light novel created by Japanese novelist Nisioisin.
