In the dark and terrifying underworld, there is a mysterious institution called the "Ten Kings Hall," which functions like a police station. Apart from judging the souls of the deceased who committed grave sins, the Ten Kings Hall also plays a crucial role in investigating unnatural deaths in the human world. The cheerful and calm young man, Masuto Mizuki (voiced by Shinichiro Miki), works there. With his rich investigative experience, he gradually becomes the backbone of the Ten Kings Hall. A series of mysterious murders occurred in Nagasaki, suspected to have been committed by a cruel and bloodthirsty vampire. To investigate the truth behind the incidents, Masuto Mizuki and his partner, Hitomi Kurosaki (voiced by Mayumi Asano), embark on their perilous journey. With the help of their friends, Tatsuri Tsunari (voiced by Shun'ichi Takayama) and Shunichi Sinden (voiced by Tomoyuki Senoo), all clues point to a disturbed doctor named Ichiki Kazuki (voiced by Masataka Hoshi). What Hitomi did not expect is that in the past, Ichiki Kazuki and Masuto Mizuki had an unclear and complicated connection. Moreover, Masuto's buried past gradually comes to light.
