The story follows Shun Hashimoto (voiced by Murata), who lives on a remote island in Okinawa, and meets Shuichi Chihana (voiced by Matsuo), a lonely high school student who has lost his parents. The two boys become close friends. However, Shuichi, eager to grow up quickly, decides to leave the island, and the two gradually lose touch. Three years later, Shuichi unexpectedly reappears in Shun's life and boldly confesses his feelings.
