The order of the blue crystal, the rampant red flame, the unchanging silver light, and theChange of the green branches. The "Kings" with various attributes—currently, the "Blue King" Ritsuko Shijima, who leads the Blue Royal Family "Scepter4," bears many heavy responsibilities. TheShinbashira Tower (Otsukiban) managed by the "Golden King" Daikaku Kuni, and the mysterious sacred artifact that gave birth to the "Kings"—the Dresden Stone Disk—are also under Ritsuko Shijima's jurisdiction.
